KSP performance has a 30 days return policy. Within 30-day of delivery, you may return the products in the same condition they were received if you changed your mind.

Note: If you experience any issues with missing items, damaged products, or other problems covered under warranty, we will assist you through the warranty process.

GET WARRANTY SUPPORT

Parts must be returned in their original packaging and condition, including all accessories and complete instruction manuals. No returns are accepted for items that have been damaged or installed. You will need to take photos when initiating a return, showing the product and/or the packaging in intact condition. Once your return request is confirmed, we will provide you with the return address. We do not accept discontinued products.

We cover the outgoing shipping cost, but a return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of return shipping. The exact amount will vary depending on the weight of the product. Refunds will be issued once the returned parts have arrived at our warehouse and passed inspection.

Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used. It may take 1 to 3 business days for the refund to be processed. Your bank may require additional processing time to reflect the refund in your account.

Certain merchandise, including but not limited to stickers and keychains, are not eligible for return.
